The Canadian PD Project hospital sites have finished the first round of social network mapping, and they continue to implement PD in their facilities. Each site will be doing a second round of social network mapping in February 2011, and the project’s final meeting is scheduled for June 2011.

We have 5 pilot sites participating in the Canadian PD Project! The pilot sites are Vancouver General Hospital, BC, Kelowna General Hospital, BC, Toronto East General Hospital, ON, Trillium Health Centre, ON, and Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital, ON. Winnipeg Health Sciences Centre, MB, is no longer participating in the project. The pilot sites are currently implementing PD in their facilities, and are getting started on Social Network Mapping.
